Jennifer was very professional, friendly and patient. She helped me through the process of selecting a new vehicle with my trade-in even knowing my hardship of letting go my old vehicle. This was my first visit to Kia of Newmarket for a service appointment for my 2012 forte5, and I was very impressed! Stephanie was friendly, helpful and professional, and I felt right at home when I got there appointment for my 2012 forte5, and I was very impressed! There is always a bit of apprehension bringing your car to a new place to be serviced, but I wanted to find somewhere more convenient than the dealership in Barrie where we purchased the car. They offered me a shuttle ride to work (even though I could have walked, but it was SUPER cold out :), and Stephanie not only called me to tell me when my car was ready, but also called me to let me know when the shuttle was on its way to pick me up - much appreciated! Also, on a side note...it seemed like the staff genuinely like their jobs there, and seemed to get along and joke with each other...a positive vibe, so that was good and made me feel like I found a winner! More
