My Stinger's stereo system would blank out for a split second occasionally, no matter if I'm listening to radio or through USB. As well, the camera in the right mirror (surround view) flickers in blue oc second occasionally, no matter if I'm listening to radio or through USB. As well, the camera in the right mirror (surround view) flickers in blue occasionally. Both are intermittent problems that they may not surface when I bring it to the dealer. I find it very troubling that Kia Newmarket would charge the customer for the diagnostics if there's no problem found when the car is still under warranty. I'm not sure if it's just Kia Newmarket or a direction from Kia Canada. This practice would deter customers from bringing problems to the dealer, and may manifest into further bad customer experience when the problem becomes prominent but past the warranty period. This mal-practice need to stop, for the sake of the auto industry as a whole. This is the service side of my experience with this dealer. On the sales side, I also saw other comments about Jesse. And I too have negative experience with him on my inquiries on a new Kia (inaccurate info, try to pressure to commit on the spot, low ball on trade-in, etc.). Not sure if this is reflective on Jesse as an individual, or on Kia Newmarket as a dealer. In any case, Kia produces very good cars compared to the competitions. It's a shame that Kia Canada and their dealers are not taking the good products to their advantage to make it a slam dunk. More

I’d compare this experience to haggling on the streets of Arabia. My friend my friend, let me tell you. These were the worst group of sales persons and managers. They brag about having the top ranked vehicles in 2022, which sounds impressive until you realize they haven’t brought in any orders from the 2021 sales. It’s like bragging about your perfect 5-star Uber rating with only 1 review. Companies are unrolling their 2023 models, and Kia hasn’t filled their orders for 2021. But don’t worry, “any day now my friend - for suuure for suuure only 2 months” The best part of this dealership was the exit door. Which opened well, which is convenient for all the staff turnover. The dealership was clean… so the custodial staff is great! More
I am extremely disappointed with my service at Newmarket, Kia!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I purchased my new Kia Forte 1 month prior from a different Kia dealership when I realized my car was having some heatin Kia!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I purchased my new Kia Forte 1 month prior from a different Kia dealership when I realized my car was having some heating issues. I took my car into the Newmarket dealership to get serviced because it was closest to me at the time. They had assessed my car and told me that the thermometer needed to be replaced (which was covered under my warranty). They then insisted that they “top up my coolant on my car”, which I figured was necessary since they were suggesting it. It wasn’t until I had picked up my car and had to pay over $200 for a coolant FLUSH that was 1. Not authorized by me, and 2. Not necessary because I received a coolant flush 1 month prior…which was on file and which they chose to ignore. They completely took advantage of me and neglected the fact that I did not need this service. They took advantage of me and won’t give me my money back (or give me a credit on my account for this matter). The kicker of it all is that they had a manager call me back to discuss the incident where he was insisted that phone calls where my car service history and authorization was discussed had taken place… which was completely false. They were extremely unprofessional and did not take any form of responsibility or ownership for their actions. I am extremely disappointed with the amount of false accusations and gaslighting that occurred. For those of you in need of Kia Service, there is a Richmond Hill and Stouffville location close by…DO NOT GO HERE!!! More
If newmarket Kia want sales they had better treat their customers with a little more respect. I left feeling as though they didn’t want to sell to a woman. Well I came in to buy the limited stock I was told was available. After I got off the phone I drove straight to the dealership. I walked to a car that interested me. A few minutes later a Audi shows up next to my rust bucket. As I figured red carpet service. As I stand there waiting. Oh well Kia Newmarket. I can drive to another dealership. My money obviously didn’t look as good as the next guys. More
Given the runaround when looking to buy/lease a new Kia. Previous happy customers at this dealership but never again. Jesse told my daughter he was giving her the best deal possible so we left only to have Previous happy customers at this dealership but never again. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with Truly took upon himself to change my experience to a great one Thank you again to Pedram Mahmoudian and Kiarash Davoodi Thank you gentlemen More
