An almost scary experience My New (used kia) that i just bought about a month ago from the kia of newmarket was having a few problems (the battery was also pretty much toast so My New (used kia) that i just bought about a month ago from the kia of newmarket was having a few problems (the battery was also pretty much toast so it wouldn't start one morning!) and after only a month of having it and only being twenty the idea of having to make payments on car repairs already was terrifying. I live two hours away from new market so the idea of what a tow truck would cost scared me even more. However Katelyn reassured me that Kia would take care of it. They helped me with the tow the rental car and fixing all of my concerns i had with the car. Katelyn was kind extremely attentive and was very good about calling me through the day to give me updates on everything that was happening. I genuinely wish there was a katelyn like this in customer care at every place i went to. also did i mention i had my car back to me within a few days? thank you again to everyone at kia of newmarket for another delightful ending to what could have been a very hard situation on my pocket. also a big thank you to the kind gentleman who came to pick up my car with the tow truck (I believe his name was steve but i have a horrible memory) a big big thank you to Michael Croxon for your calls and have such great staff, David Cealic my original Sales associate with my car and again to Katelyn who again was hands down one of the friendliest and most pleasant people i've had the pleasure to deal with in a work atmosphere. On my last visit for service Kate was able to fit me in without an appointment and total time was only 1-1/2 hours. Plus a car wash was included. Since purchasing my car, I have moved into northern Ontario but as I make regular trips to the Newmarket area, I intend to maintain my relationship with this dealership as the service cannot be beat. We explicitly expressed our initial visit was only to get an idea of what is in the market and we would be visiting many other dealerships making sure we have covered our basis prior to making a decision. Blake acknoweldged our decision and respected it while still providing unwavering excellent service. For the transaction of this vehicle, we had the luxury of having Helen handle the financing aspect of it. She too was very friendly and covered everything in detail to our satisfaction. (Note: ONLY dealership that did not call and harrass my sister about her decision to purchase a vehicle while we were shopping around) We traded in a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan for the 2nd vehicle we ended up purchasing from this dealership. This time around, due to the trade-in, there were some complications that needed to be ironed out. Again the level of customer service from this dealership is off the roof! Blake called to follow up and make sure everything was going well. Jay and Elaine worked tiredlessly working out details with the bank to make the transaction for us as smooth as possible. Can't say for all the dealerships out there but definitely for the dealerships in Newmarket, Kia's customer service is by far the best. Would definitely consider Kia for future vehicle purchases and highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a Kia. More

Great car buying experience with a great team at Kia Initially met with Blake but on my return he was not available. The Kia team didn't have a 'shark tank' mentality for customers and were all very friendly and accommodating. Friendly greeting right from the front door at the reception, felt welcome and not pressured at all. The team was very open and transparent and gave us a written estimate so that we could review and take away with us. Elaine was also very helpful and upfront, she honoured the monthly payment we had agreed upon even though the bank increased their rate the next day. The team worked great and seamlessly together to help us consider and purchase my new Rondo - KUDOS! More

Kia Sorento 2015 SX I have been looking for a SUV to replace the vehicle we had for about a year now. I would go in periodically to see and ask question try vehicles out I have been looking for a SUV to replace the vehicle we had for about a year now. I would go in periodically to see and ask question try vehicles out and go again and there was always a reason why I did not buy. One dealership that I went into the salesman told me that I was wasting his time but when you spend so much money on a vehicle you want to make sure its going to suite you. I was directed to NewRoads Kia in new Market by co-workers of mine that had bought a vehicles there and they where very happy and would go again so thought I would give them a chance. Started by sending emails because I live quite far and did not want to go in for nothing. Somehow Rob Shedlowich replied to me and answered everyone of my questions and I had many. I emailed him my list of things I wanted and of course tried to get as much as I could for the least money. After going back and forth on price and accessories that I wanted New Roads by far was the best deal. What I loved the most is the friendly atmosphere in the garage. I bought many vehicle in my life and never did I meet nicer people than there. At first they are so friendly that you doubt there sincerity but when the deal was complete and they honored everything they said they would do plus more you walk away happy with no feeling of being had. For my next car I will be going back to them and fight the good fight once more to replace my other vehicle but to be honest was not much a fight to get exactly what you want with no surprise so thank you very much Rob and see you in a few.
