My salesman Steve was great to deal with, he made the buying process a personable experience and he wants to make sure that your happy and all your questions are answered. KarLee in Finance was amazing as well. She kept me informed on what was going on for the financing and answered my questions since some of the processes have changed since I last bought my car there. Both are great assets to Kia of Newmarket!! My whole driveway is full of Kia vehicles which were all purchased from Kia of Newmarket, we will continue to shop with Kia of Newmarket when making the next new car purchase in our family!! Feeling ripped off I was in Aurora for an appointment and when I started my car to leave, the signal control on the steering column began ticking quite loudly and very q I was in Aurora for an appointment and when I started my car to leave, the signal control on the steering column began ticking quite loudly and very quickly. After a few minutes smoke began to come out of where the arm for the control comes out of the steering wheel. Fearing something bad was about to happen I pulled over, turned off the car and called the Brampton dealership where the car was purchased to speak to a service tech. The service tech recommended that I get to one of the nearest dealerships so that they could take a look at it, which is what I did. I went to the Kia dealership in Newmarket where the staff were very friendly and took my car in for a diagnostic test which revealed that I needed a new part which they did not have. The gentleman who was behind the desk said that they would disconnect my flashers(signals) until I was able to order the part and have it fixed. I was very concerned as not having turn signals functioning is dangerous especially on the highway. I did tell this to the gentleman but was told that if we left the signaling connected it may fry something else. I left the shop very anxious knowing I needed to still get home which meant highway driving. I paid $62.13 for a diagnostic test and took the invoice home and ordered the part that your rep gave me the order # on the invoice for. The next day I ordered the part that was recommended on the invoice and brought the car in a day later to be repaired at the location where the car was purchased (Brampton Kia). The customer service rep that was helping me, informed me after the service guys changed the part that the diagnostic test revealed, told me that that was not the issue. The issue she stated was the multifunction switch and that I would be charged for the part that Newmarket stated needing replacing at a cost to me. She also stated as did your rep in Newmarket that this part is kept in stock as it is a common repair on Rhondos, with that said than why didn't the diagnostic test or your service staff not find the problem in Newmarket. I could have had this repaired at the Newmarket location as I was told all the service departments keep a few extra as it is a very common repair. This is our 3rd car from Kia in the last 13 years and I have never had any issues with repairs or the vehicles themselves. I have to say this last visit has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I hope in the future Kia can have their staff be more sure about a repair before they state they know what it is causing a loyal customer to run up a bill for repairs that were unnessessary. The 2 stars are for the Newmarket location,although the staff were very friendly and assissted me right away they dropped the ball by allowing a mistake with their diagnotic test cost the client $$. The Brampton location has always given me great service and if there was a repair needed did there best to find the problem and clear communication of what was needed. Kia Brampton would never have let a client leave there shop with their vehicle in an unsafe condition. I would recommend Brampton Kia to my friends and family and for overall customer service 5 stars. Unhappy customer ~Jean Holland More
Forgot to put bolts back on the car Technician removed the splash shield in order to access radiator hose. When we got home, we checked under the car and discovered 2 bolts were not on t Technician removed the splash shield in order to access radiator hose. When we got home, we checked under the car and discovered 2 bolts were not on the splash shield.. I called the advisor who said they "redesigned" the splash shield and fastened bolts elsewhere ..... We had extra bolts at home so we fastened them on ourselves. Their work is sloppy and I will not be going there again, More

Once arranging to see the vehicle I then went to the dealership and was greeted with such kindness and respect from all the people I delt with . I would highly recommend using kia of newmarket for purchasing your vehicle as the staff there are not only great to deal with but they made me feel good about the purchase I was making . Elanie so sweet, very professional, great customer service, easy going...answered all our questions - went above and beyond for us!! Elaine also explained step by step on our purchase. He just laid out the process for us and gave us time to make our decision about which direction we wanted to go. Very nice and personable to deal with. No pressure at all--and we appreciated that so much. Karlee also went through the paperwork with us when we had decided to go ahead, and a very pleasant person to deal with; demonstrated a lot of patience as we had to go all through the tedious paperwork (which I always dread). And about a week later we emerged with a new car. We really love our new car. Would recommend this dealership as a place to buy a car to anyone. More
