Doesn't matter who i am. I wont be returning. Ive spent 80 thousand dollars at your dealership and youve treated myself and my wife terribly every time we've been in. Bickering about tiny things regarding warranties. Thats not how you treat repeat customers.

Last name is Stever. Ive purchased a $30,000 forte with extended warranty and a $50,000 sportage with extended warranty and im being xxxxxx around over sensors that are covered due to not having oil change receipts. Not to mention every time my wife comes in wearing her work clothes, its like she doesn't exist. Service department and sales just walk past her as if shes not there. Bad for business treating repeat customers like that. And then to top it off, when i specifically ask for a service appointment that will be completed in the morning and am told that for sure it will be, and then my wife shows up to pick up the car at 2pm and has to wait an hour and a half for the car to be finished is unacceptable. Ive never written a review on anything, but the service and respect from your dealership has been absolutely horrendous

Thanks for the information. I have pulled up the most recent visit and done some investigation. We replaced your 2 rear calipers under the Kia extended warranty. Also same time you asked we replace the pads and rotors, that you supplied for the appt. Also the engine light was on. The codes were for the exhaust cam. Due to the fact the engine showed no oil on the dipstick, the first thing in a diagnostics is to change the oil and see if the codes return. If the vehicle drove any duration with the oil low, internal damage can occur. Hopefully a fresh oil change helped correct that problem. We do not have much history with this vehicle to rely on pertaining your customer service complaints. The last we saw this vehicle was May 2021. The service history with us is very minimal at best since your purchase. You must drive a lot as it shows 162000km driven in 3 years. The other vehicle you own was last seen here November 2021 and again has very little service history with us at all since your purchase. I am not sure how, with only a handful of visits at all, we could have created such a negative feel from you or your wife. I hope you find a more satisfactory service Centre to assist you with your needs from here on out. All the best.
