I could not have asked for a better Sales Consultant. Mike was amazing with us, his personality and his drive to make us, the customers as happy as possible was refreshing to see. The buying of a new Kia Sorento at the Kia of Hamilton was pleasant and hassle free. Frank took time to understand what my needs were. He was straightforward and kept the talk simple. I was able to go on was pleasant and hassle free. Frank took time to understand what my needs were. He was straightforward and kept the talk simple. I was able to go on a test drive first and then talk about the numbers later. During the test drive, Frank pointed out and explained many of the features, even explaining the upgrades compared to the previous model. Back at the dealership, working out the numbers was stress free, thanks to the support of John, his manager. I must admit that the trade in was reasonable. While Sally completed the financing paper work, we were treated to cup of fresh, hot coffee. She contacted my insurance company to get the approval, even though it should have been the other way around. On the delivery day, the vehicle was clean and ready to go, I liked the fact that it came with a full tank of gas. Frank went through all paperwork and went over the features, the warranty and the service requirements once again to make sure nothing was missed. A month later, I am happy with the working and performance of the Sorento. I will recommend Frank and the dealership to anyone interested in buying a KIA. More

Buying my first car was very intimidating since it was the first big purchase I have ever done. But Mike and David made it very easy for me. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Matt was very friendly and helpful. He helped me find the car, the price and colour I wanted. Wasn't willing to give up til I got what I wanted in the time frame I had . Went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and If I didn't understand something he took the time to help. He even cancelled his vacation to be there when I picked up my car. Mike was an extremely diligent and knowledgable salesperson! He was very skilled at assessing our needs and his non aggressive style was very much appreciated! I have had the best expreince with KIA of Hamilton (angela forde) she is the best thing that is at Kia of Hamilton.we had the best of the best for service and everything was explained all to the T.yes (angela forde) she is the best thing that is at Kia of Hamilton.we had the best of the best for service and everything was explained all to the T.yes we have bad credit and she did the best of everything to help us get into our car .thank you my dear angela you are 1 in million.i will recommend you to everyone who needs to start over....
