I was having issues with the radio in my 2012 Kia Rondo that I had purchased on Jan 9th 2014. I stopped in to your service dept. and talked to Martha on Jan 24th. She told me to come in on Monday 27th to h that I had purchased on Jan 9th 2014. I stopped in to your service dept. and talked to Martha on Jan 24th. She told me to come in on Monday 27th to have it checked out. On arrival I was greeted in a very pleasant manner, asked to bring my car in, all my particulars were taken then I was asked to have a seat in your waiting area. Less than a half an hour later Martha came to tell me that the car was ready and the radio was replaced under warranty. I must say Martha is an asset in your service area. She was very helpful and friendly. More

Entered the dealership randomly as I was in the area. Mike greeted me and showed me the vehicle that I was looking at. Super friendly, no sales pressure and any concerns we had with purchasing a per owned vehicle were quickly taken care of (fabulous service department). I came in for a simple oil change. When i was handed the bill I told the service rep that my sales person quoted me a much cheaper price on oil changes when i purchased the car and this is why I came to the bill I told the service rep that my sales person quoted me a much cheaper price on oil changes when i purchased the car and this is why I came to the dealership instead of going to my regular licensed mechanic. She suggested I take it up with my sales person instead of looking into the matter for me. I did not do so because I do not like confrontation and I will not return to this dealership for any future service that is not covered under warranty. More

Went in to look at a used car, feel in love with the car. Bought it and drove away happy a few days later. The experience and the process was easy. Got a call from Nicole seeing if i would be interested in test driving a new sx optima since i was driving a 2011 kia optima ex. Came in saw new prices on 2013/14 optima sx and decided against it, saw a 2014 test driving a new sx optima since i was driving a 2011 kia optima ex. Came in saw new prices on 2013/14 optima sx and decided against it, saw a 2014 kia forte sx on the lot drove that loved how it felt and looked and the features were great, after haggling got to a semi agreeable price, traded my current optima for the new forte sx sedan havent looked back since. great service from nicole and dawn made it easy to deal with. Mya called me to see if I was interested in a 2014 Sorento to replace my 2011 in December. After much discussion over approximately six weeks we were able to come to a mutually agreeable price.
