I was having issues with the radio in my 2012 Kia Rondo that I had purchased on Jan 9th 2014. I stopped in to your service dept. and talked to Martha on Jan 24th. She told me to come in on Monday 27th to h that I had purchased on Jan 9th 2014. I stopped in to your service dept. and talked to Martha on Jan 24th. On arrival I was greeted in a very pleasant manner, asked to bring my car in, all my particulars were taken then I was asked to have a seat in your waiting area. Less than a half an hour later Martha came to tell me that the car was ready and the radio was replaced under warranty. I must say Martha is an asset in your service area. I came in for a simple oil change. When i was handed the bill I told the service rep that my sales person quoted me a much cheaper price on oil changes when i purchased the car and this is why I came to the bill I told the service rep that my sales person quoted me a much cheaper price on oil changes when i purchased the car and this is why I came to the dealership instead of going to my regular licensed mechanic. She suggested I take it up with my sales person instead of looking into the matter for me. I did not do so because I do not like confrontation and I will not return to this dealership for any future service that is not covered under warranty. More
