This was supposed to be a research exercise to learn about Kia ... and most likely remove it from the list. Then, Frank Caruso ruined all of our finely made plans. We were replacing an older SUV and Frank had us test drive a couple of Sorentos, with a Sportage in-between. We now own a Kia Sorento. Frank, and Richard both made the experience easy, and as they say, the rest is history. Great car, great dealership and pain free process. The way it should be. Thanks Kia of Hamilton. More

The new car is Bright Silver, not the color I thought I wanted, but now that I have it, I am very happy with it. The 2015s have some great new upgrades over the 2010s.
