From the first day we have always had professional, helpful service. Ashu sold us our first 2 vehicles and we were very impressed with his diligence in providing us with quality vehicles at a competitive fair price. He is now the General Manager, however always has the time to help us out in finding just what we want. Paul (Service Manager) has always been very helpful and knowledgeable in the work done on the vehicles. He will always take the time to say hello and explain the work done. I appreciate the honesty of the service team to tell me what my van does really need. We have recommended this dealership to several friends and will continue to do so More

I love my 2014 Kia Rio, and buying my car at Kia of Brampton , allowed me to make and meet some great people whom I truly consider friends! Being a previous customer I was given the demo car to myself without a saleman sat in the back. which allowed a better experience in appriasing the potential purchase. The negotiations for the price was an enjoyable experience as the atmosphere was light-hearted and not pressurised. I have been to other dealers and do feel pressurised as the sales team tend to follow you around closely, not allowing you to speak freely to your partner about the car. Services have been done on time and on quoted amount. I have never been asked to pay for extra work not asked for but done by the serivce team. I have recommended this dealer to friends and family, and has resulted in purchases. More
A Tale of Two Delaerships To start off I want to let you know that between me and my wife we are now on our 4th KIA. (great cars) The past 3 cars we have purchased have been fr To start off I want to let you know that between me and my wife we are now on our 4th KIA. (great cars) The past 3 cars we have purchased have been from Dixie Kia, so with that history we felt very confident going to them and looking into trading up to a new vehicle for my wife, this was our first mistake. I sat down with a sale person named Carlton and explained that I still owed around $4500 on our 2008 Kia Rio5 and wished to trade it in to have the owing amount taken care of and then get my wife in a new car for around the same monthly payments. What he came back with was a joke, first low balling me on the trade in value and them giving me a monthly payment that was out of my comfort zone. After letting him know how insulted I was, I left and told him to send me an e-mail if he had a better offer, which he did later that night, but by this point my experience was ruined. Days later I stopped into Brampton Kia and met Tamim Nourie (Tom), this is where my faith in car dealerships returned. Tamim simply said to me “tell me what you want and I’ll figure out how we can make it happen”. So simple and straight to the point. Needless to say do to Tamim’s exceptional salesmanship and customer service we received a fair trade in value for our car and not only did we get the 2014 Forte my wife wanted, but we were able to get her the SX version with all the premium options and tinted windows on top! Yes, we feel we got a fair deal on the trade and the buy, but most importantly we had a great time doing it. Tamim spent time with us going through all our options and listening to all our needs and then when we picked the car up he spent even more time going through everything our new car offers. (even setting up our phones with the Bluetooth stereo) Brampton Kia should be proud to have someone like Tamim working for them and Dixie Kia could learn from the practices at Brampton KIA More
Worst experience ever at a dealership. I purchased a 2011 Forte Christmas eve and I had the fuse box cover missing and the sunroof problems. I was promised a extra set of keys on the day of purchase, ho 2011 Forte Christmas eve and I had the fuse box cover missing and the sunroof problems. I was promised a extra set of keys on the day of purchase, however the key were "misplaced" I had to complain and argue to get a second key however I did not get the alarm system remote. I had words with the used car sales manager and he told me I was lucky to get a "free" key. He had no consideration that I've waited weeks to get some problems fixed, get a key, and traveled from Toronto to rectify the situation. He also said he sells a lot of cars and he doesn't need my business. Most of the people their are classless and their customer service is horrendous! I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Please do business somewhere else, where people respect your hard earned dollar. More

This dealership is by far, the biggest I've s Wednesday November 13 2013: After visiting 3 other KIA dealerships, I decided to try KIA of Brampton. This dealership is by far, the biggest I've seen. I assume they have the largest inventory. I was greeted by Tamim (Product Advisor). He was very friendly and went into great detail about the car I was looking to purchase, a 2014 KIA Sorento. What stood out the most about this dealership was their knowledge about their product. I knew that the version of the car I wanted did not come in blue. While the other dealerships advised that they will do their best to find me this colour; Adam (Sales Manager) and Tamim told me it wasn't possible. I appreciate them taking the time to provide me answers to my many questions. They were both very patient. Although, they were very busy, I never felt that I was rushed into making a purchase and I could take my time. They offered me a really good deal on a fleet car but I had to pass since I couldn't decide which colour I wanted. I visited the dealership the next day to have a look at their lot and see the different colours I could choose from. Tamim was outside to greet me again and helped me narrow down a decision. He was also very prompt with his responses to my many many emails. I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership because I found out about this site soon after and I had chosen to purchase my car at another dealership closer to home. I will return for service in the future and will write another review about that. More
