Great Car, great price After a lot of research and test drives, I decided my next car would be either the 2013 Hyundai Sonata, or the 2013 KIA Optima. Sister cars all the w After a lot of research and test drives, I decided my next car would be either the 2013 Hyundai Sonata, or the 2013 KIA Optima. Sister cars all the way with comparable features and warranty. Being from Whitby, I checked out both my local dealers first, who offered great vehicles, identical features and at comparable prices. When I expanded my search, I found the car I was looking for at the Brampton KIA dealer for much less. I met with Mac, checked out the Optima, and decided this was the car for us. Great car at a great price, with all the features I wanted. Can't beat the 5-year bumper-to-bumper warranty either. Mac even helped us out with a special price on a spare key. Friendly atmosphere. No hard sell on the car or the upgrades offered. Even my trip to the service department to get the key made and programmed was nice (thanks to Daniella). Thanks to Mac and KIA of Brampton. You made it easy to buy from you. More

2015 Kia Optima - 1st BRAND NEW CAR experience I usually bought GM, but this time I had to change it up. I looked at Kia especially the Optima which caught my eye. Customer service obviously is very important in order to run a business especially when purchasing an expensive investment such as a car. The process was very easy when dealing with Mr. Akber. Manny handled the financing and i found him to be very knowledgeable as well. Overall really good experience and i'll be back in a few years when its time for another car. More

"NEIl ROCKS" I’m delighted to say…I’ve been dealing with Kia of Brampton since the purchase of my first and only NEW vehicle on August 27, 2012, a 2013 Soul 4U and I’m delighted to say…I’ve been dealing with Kia of Brampton since the purchase of my first and only NEW vehicle on August 27, 2012, a 2013 Soul 4U and at that time the sales person and the business office did me well, no complaints. However, recently I had my Soul in for servicing and I would like to take this opportunity to mention and thank Paul, Service Manager and his front line staff, Amanda & Kayla who are simply awesome and they provide excellent customer service! So, getting back to my current experience, I took a seat in the showroom with my book and a coffee…while I waited. Welcomed by the charming Neil, we chatted casually for the second time…as I was in a week prior, to have my snow tires put on my vehicle…once again he complimented my 2013 Soul 4U…we talked about the changes to the 2015 Soul and I told him, I loved my Soul just the way it was. Neil, suggested that I take another “good look” I told him I wasn’t interested…BUT to kill my waiting time and I knew I was wasting his, Neil arranged the test drive…he was very knowledgeable with all the new bells & whistles…he knew he had me, and that he did! The luxurious changes to the Soul are without saying “Remarkable”!! With a huge financial change in my life over the last couple of years, I didn’t think this vehicle could ever be attainable…but with the perseverance and dedication of Manny and Neil…they made it happen! I cannot thank Neil enough for turning my head… I LOVE MY NEW SOUL…Neil you ROCK! Mr. Dealer Principal, Neil’s a huge asset to your dealership, and may I not forget to recognitse the amazing Manny (business office) for his contribution, for without him, all things would not be possible.
