They were amazing, friendly and gave an amazing deal. Unfortunately that car ended up in an accident and I had to buy a new car in a short time(2014). I dealt with another Kia dealership and did not feel the same as I did/do at Kia Brampton. I never serviced my car there and kept going to Kia Brampton for all my services even though I live in North York. Just a few months later Neil Ramchander gave me a ring and offered a deal Too good to be true. I was hesitant at first but when I went to see him personally he offered an amazing deal and I now have upgraded to a 2015 Kia Forte. My experience with Neil was great! He is an amazing sales agent, very friendly and always tries to make sure you are happy. He is someone I would recommend dealing with. Amazing Customer Service From Neil Ramchander! I went to Kia of Brampton to look into purchasing a used Kia Forte as my first vehicle. Neil Ramchander delivered some of the best customer servic I went to Kia of Brampton to look into purchasing a used Kia Forte as my first vehicle. Neil Ramchander delivered some of the best customer service that you could possibly ask for. He was polite, friendly, and very helpful. When it came to showing us the vehicle, he was very knowledgable, showing off all the features, as well as having us look at the vehicle in a way that other dealers hadn't. Doing the paperwork was also painless, he explained everything very well and ensured we weren't in the dark about anything. Younas Mohammad was also helpful in this area, explaining the warranty and paperwork process in a way that was easy to understand. Then, when I came to pick up my car, it was parked out front with a giant red bow on it! It was a completely unexpected surprise, and it was very nice of Neil to realize that picking up your first car is a special occasion :) Overall, the customer service from both Neil Ramchander and Younas Mohammad was excellent.
