Bunch of Scammers I was in process of buying car in Brampton KIA. I decided to make an offer for the car. The sales person went to his sales manager for approval and af I was in process of buying car in Brampton KIA. I decided to make an offer for the car. The sales person went to his sales manager for approval and after 10 min came back with good news that my offer was accepted by the manager. I paid the deposit. At this point the sales manager showed up and claimed he had made a mistake. Hi was rude, sharp, no apologies and he requested full asking price, ignoring the current settlement. I walk way after that kind of attitude. I am very disappointed.Those Scam tricks are pathetic, learn something new. More

The sales person went to his sales manager Sean Caillemer for approval and after 10 min came back with good news that my offer was accepted by the manager. I paid the deposit with my credit card and we started filling the sales documents. At this point the sales manager showed up and claimed he had made a mistake and he missed to seen my offer which was on the same KIA’s form. Hi was a bit rude, sharp, no apologies and he requested full asking price, ignoring the current settlement. He said he is losing $1400 on that car?? I walk way after that kind of attitude. What kind of manager will not see what he is approving? I am very disappointed that the buying customers are treated in such manner. More

Great experience and a perfect deal I have come to Kia to see if I could buy used Optima. I am new to the country and do not have credit history yet. I was introduced to Mr. Neil and he I have come to Kia to see if I could buy used Optima. I am new to the country and do not have credit history yet. I was introduced to Mr. Neil and he was more than helpful to get me in the 2015 Optima. I was amazed with the care and professionalism. Although I was new to the country and it was hard to get a loan, Neil has made an extra effort to get approved and even get a low interest loan. Now I am driving a 2015 Kia Optima with lower that usual bi-weekly payments than other Kia dealers offered. I would recommend buying your Kia in Brampton and ask for Neil. More
liar, fraud, no experience Round #1 - Got a kia Optima Hybrid. Came from an unusual situation, and had higher payments then normal. Was surprised when I actually got the financing, but instead of getting 84 months of what I wanted, I come to find out some time later, I had it switched on me to 96 months. Im glad it worked, but not the low life xxxx of an act to have it actually being switched to 96 months... Round #2 - Get a call from a guy named Neil at Kia, saying someone was interested in my car. A little unusual, however with the possibility to lower my payments and get an increased value trade in for my car, I thought I'd give it a try. Was told i would be there an hour max, meeting at noon and with an appointment at 2. I believed I had plenty of time. First of all, Neil ended up being late and then we proceeded with it all. Loved the new Optima hybrid, was a well driven car. Now for the REAL UGLY. He came back with a higher number then my current payment, and being well versed in car purchases, declined immediately. Now sure, a salesperson does try to get a sale if its not to much of an increase, no big deal. But when i explained to him, that I would be adding window tinting, rust proof module and an insurance gap (required for previous vehicle-in case of accident, full pay off coverage), will easily bring my total to $40-50 increase bi-weekly. To which is $80-100+ a month extra. Now Im more then sure that Neil just does not comprehend the English language, because when I told him of this, he still had $11 biweekly extra only, which is just "a coffee a day". As many times as I explained myself, he just did not understand. Using techniques is not unusual for sales person. Knowing my limit for car payments, I know what I can and what I cant do. So being that this would cost a lot more, according to NEIL, "I can do all that I can for you, all you need to decide is to man up and get it". Really NEIL? I didn't realize this low life xxxx had anything to do with my payments and what I can and Cant do... I asked Neil if he could provide me with any paper work, identifying the break down of the trade in value, all rebates (stated all were given), total cost of vehicle and such. Unfortunately he had nothing to show me, and had no numbers whatsoever anywhere to provide me...Which is very unusual, seeing as he has given my a biweekly price that had been "confirmed". Even though no credit check had been done, no interest rate incorporated and assumed that I would just be okay with it. Now that we have pushed closed to 20 minutes left until my appointment, I informed him I had to leave...Now apparently when you show urgency and tell him these things, he doesn't care and wants paperwork filled out ASAP, specifically pertaining to the credit check. So essentially, I had to get angry with Neil so i could get my Car keys back....my Driver's license back and my credit card. He gets my car keys back and somehow forgets my license and credit card, more wasted time...Goes back and eventually gets my Identification back and started walking out. Now NEIL must have realized he messed up or his money was walking out the door because of what he said and how he said it. His tone was very soft, looked like a scared puppy when yelled at and asked if the car would be okay. Did I want another colour or if he could get me anything else. I said no, its fine and walked out. I URGE ALL NOT TO SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP...IF YOU WANT A KIA, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME. THEY ONLY WANT A SALE, AND WILL MAKE SURE THEY HAVE EXTRA MONEY IN THEIR WALLET FROM YOU. THE BEST QUOTE TO DESCRIBE THIS DEALERSHIP "FRAUD IS LIKE THEFT, BUT DONE WITH A SMILE" More
