Thank you Neil for calming my nerves about my car purchase!! My daughter and I came into the dealership with the intent of "just looking". I have always had an eye on the Kia Optima, however I was hesitant (stub My daughter and I came into the dealership with the intent of "just looking". I have always had an eye on the Kia Optima, however I was hesitant (stubborn) to abandon my very "well used" G6 even though it was costing a lot on repairs. My family had been pushing me to get a new, more reliable vehicle as i'm on the road a lot. Neil greeted us with a warm smile and listened to my story. He was very friendly and went over some potential options without being pushy at all. He brought out the Kia Optima with sunroof to test drive and it was love at first sight! Although I felt a bit nervous about the change, he calmed me a reassured me that it was a good change. He was 100% right! I am so happy with my Optima and feel a lot safer on the road. Sadly my G6 will be layed to rest, but now on to better things! Thanks Neil!! More
