Great experience I have never bought a new car. I was very interested in two of Kia's cars. When I went "just to see", Mac showed me various ones of which I loved I have never bought a new car. I was very interested in two of Kia's cars. When I went "just to see", Mac showed me various ones of which I loved the Soul. When I looked, I was looking for a used car. I brought my husband with me a few days later. When we got there, I asked for Mac. He came out to greet us and he rembered my name! We took car for test drive and we just loved it! Mac answered every question I had. Very knowledgeable. As a result , we had already done our research, we bought the 2016 Soul for a good price. Mac is a very good salesman, without any pushiness. I loved that! I would totally recommend this Dealarship, and salesman anytime! He told me he had someone interested in my car and to come in and i could save $$$$. At first I was very skeptical and saw it as a typical 'sales' call. Being in sales myself, i told Neil he would have to make it worth my time as i lived in Whitby and had to come across the city. He calmly and confidently told me that he would absolutely make it worth my while and to give him a chance; so i went. Neil always went above and beyond for us. He quickly answered texts and emails, gave us honest opinions and help break down the more technical aspects into terms we could understand.
