I went in with the idea merely test driving a new 2013 Sportage and found the service from Tarah second to none. I was given a test drive in both the base model and then the SX turbo which I ended up buying immediately after the drive knowing this was the car for me! When it came time to sealing the deal, I felt Tarah listened to my goals for finance and features and worked with her team to deliver the best package that suited my situation perfectly. The finance aspect was handled by George who was both entertaining and very professional. He gave me a great recommendation for insurance which provided me with the best rate based on my profession. Certainly I was very impressed with his knowledge of the insurance world which no doubt goes above and beyond the scope of what one would/could expect from a dealer based finance department. The transaction for finance was handled immediately on the spot and I was able to walk conveniently across the road to register the vehicle. The additions to the car were already underway and Tarah stayed late the next day so that I would be able to pick up the car after work. She did a very thorough walk through and made sure everything was up to par. I was given a whole host of extras to sweeten the experience of driving a fantastic car. All fluids were topped up and the a full tank of gas. The drive away left me feeling very pleased and certainly I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and the team that I dealt with to any of my friends or family. On leaving my house the next morning my neighbor was ogling my new purchase and was asking where I got it and how I found it. I handed him Tarah's card. Based on my dealings with the team at West End Kia to date they should have business card holders attached to the dashboards in all vehicles they sell because I think I'll be handing over their card quite often!
