Jay, my sales person, listened to my needs and at no time was I pressured or was an attempt made to " up sell " me. I was looking for a used Kia and Jay was able to find me a Sorento that surpassed my wish list, within my budget. I was then introduced to Tara, in finance. I was apprehensive about sharing all my financial details. Tara made me feel so comfortable, treated me with respect and also didn't try to push me to purchase things I didn't want, under coating etc. Jay and Tara are genuinely nice people and both made me feel great in a potentially stressful situation. This appreciation also needs to be extended to your credit department and a few of the other sales staff that although I was not their customer, helped to make me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer of their dealership. Jay went out of his way to accommodate me with what I was looking for in a used vehicle, price that I could afford, lowest mileage possible and the best condition for the price that I was willing to pay. For a young man he showed great professionalism and maturity beyond his years and I will not hesitate to recommend him and your dealership to anyone that I know that is looking for either a new or used vehicle in the future. Comfort, class, and consistency I purchased my second kia, a new optima a few months ago and it was a phenomenal experience right from when i was greeted at the door to when I drove I purchased my second kia, a new optima a few months ago and it was a phenomenal experience right from when i was greeted at the door to when I drove away. A lovely lady named Tarah was my sales rep and she was friend, courteous and honest. Even when I was talking numbers with the manager Kris I felt no pressure and at no point felt I was being duped or ripped off. Since then I have been back to service to have my oil changes done and even that part of the organization is first class and they dont try to tell you dumb stuff that may or may not be wrong with your car just to make a quick buck. All in all 11 out of 10 experience and I'll be back for sure to buy my next car from KIA West Edmonton More
