Unfortunately and unknown to me, my trade-in had a past major insurance claim and the manager could therefore not offer me enough for my vehicle. i ended up buying elsewhere. However, the experience I had at Kia West Edm was so positive that I just felt compelled to write this review. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went in to check out a Soul just before leaving on vacation. Went back later and requested the same sales person (Monty) as he was so helpful before.
