Painless and accommodating This is my third Kia and second with this dealership, so obviously I have no issues with the quality of the vehicles. I was not in the market to buy a new vehicle but was invited to a special trade-in event and decided to check it out. Andrew was my sales agent and he was both professional and courteous to my wife and I. No pressure tactics were used and he seemed genuinely interested in meeting our needs. Long story short, I ended up upgrading my Kia Forte to the "winter edition" Kia Optima while maintaining the payment schedule I have now. Because I didn't feel compelled to purchase a vehicle, I was looking for the best value the dealership could offer. In the end, they met each concession I asked for so that I left feeling like I negotiated a fair deal. The vehicle was ready on time and immaculately detailed when I went to pick it up a few days later. Financing was simple. Trade-in was simple. Everything went smooth, which is what I want from a dealership. Long gone are the days of intense back-and-forth negotiating and this dealership seems to embrace that model.
