Great experience in both sales and service! I have purchased 2 vehicles from Kia West Edmonton over the past few years and I could not be any happier with the customer service I have received. W I have purchased 2 vehicles from Kia West Edmonton over the past few years and I could not be any happier with the customer service I have received. When I had picked the new car I wanted to purchase they had it ready for me the next morning. I have brought it into the service department a few times for regular maintenance and I am always treated very well, my car is always done on time and the staff is amazing at explaining my bill. There is never any pressure in either the sales or service departments which was surprising to me as other dealerships I have dealt with always pressure you to purchase more then you need. I will always continue to purchase and service my vehicles through Kia West Edmonton! More
