The purchase negotiation was very informal, and Ryan Kelly, the sales manager, is a delight to work with. We agreed on a price all in, and the vehicle was ready for us the next morning. Tarah Fardy in the finance department was very professional, explaining our extra options in a very clear and concise manner. We settled on what we wanted, paid for everything, and left the dealership feeling very pleased. I will buy another Kia product from them , and will service my new Kia Soul there as well.
