Kia West Edmonton

This advisor screw me up bigtime I went there this afternoon for oil change and to inspect my wheel alignment of my Kia Sedona. She told me that I have to do service 2 since it was pa I went there this afternoon for oil change and to inspect my wheel alignment of my Kia Sedona. She told me that I have to do service 2 since it was part of the package and I said if there's a problem with my wheel alignment then proceed to service 2 . To my surprise, they finished the job at around 5:30 pm and somebody attended me because this advisor went home already. They did the service 2 without touching the wheel alignment. They charged me for 216 bucks and if they will gonna fix the wheel alignment I have to pay another 140 bucks. I said "WHAT!!!!!" The manager also doesnt want to give me my keys even though they don't fix what I wanted to fix in my vehicle. YOU SCREW ME UP BIGTIME!!! I will never ever come back to this dealership ANYMORE!!! More

We had such a bad experience in Red Deer that I was willing to make a deal with Ryan immediately but I did NOT want to come in to the dealership in Edmonton...unless it was to pick up a new car, all ready to go! Ryan and I were able to text, email and chat back and forth throughout the day (mostly on a Sunday keep in mind) and in the same week, my new car was ready and waiting for me! We did our in depth homework about deals, pricing and inventory and were pleasantly surprised that Ryan matched the details we brought along with us. Having worked at a dealership - I have seen many in sales refrain from mentioning deals or 'promotions' in hopes that the customer remains clueless. This was not the case here! Ryan weighed payment scenarios with us and took the time to input all of the manufacturers discounts. We test drove our top choices on Tuesday and picked up our new vehicle on the Friday! His professionalism was present the entire time and he undoubtedly respected that it this car was a big commitment for us.
