Bought a vehicle from them and within a month it's been back for work twice with over 3k in work that needs to be done yet. Of course none of this was covered under the warranty we bought. They "forgot" to back for work twice with over 3k in work that needs to be done yet. Of course none of this was covered under the warranty we bought. They "forgot" to give us the mechanical report, and after a month of asking for it we still have not received it. Keep getting brushed off now that they have our money. Nothing but issues with the vehicle. We were even allowed to take it to a more local dealership (fort saskatchewan river valley dodge) because it is owned by the same person/family. They didn't do the second opinion inspection and report that we had asked for either. Shady people, shady owner. Would never recommend to anyone. Do Not give these awful businesses your money. More

Worst dealership I have dealt with! Got ripped off on my trade in (didn’t realize it till after) found a car I liked purchased it then realized the entire roof of car is covered in hail Got ripped off on my trade in (didn’t realize it till after) found a car I liked purchased it then realized the entire roof of car is covered in hail damage. I’ve been trying to deal with Jason the GM he’s been nothing but dismissive, rude, and arrogant to me. Stay away from this dealership! More
