I recently visited Kia West Edmonton while shopping for a new SUV, and overall the experience was very smooth. The staff greeted me right away without being overly pushy. My sales rep took the time to walk me through the differences between the Sportage and the Seltos, and even set up a test drive on short notice. I liked how clearly everything was explained like the pricing, financing options, and available trims. I never felt rushed, and they answered all my questions honestly.
