First I discover the car has had serious front end damage, second it also has a serious open recall that they never addressed in the over 4 months they had the car on lot. My "repaired" car imploded on the way home and left me on the roadside. I immediately called Mike and informed him that I was not going to be interested in the deal now that my trade was toast and I had I'd like my deposit ASAP so I can afford the exorbitant cost of towing. He told me he would send a car for me in the morning and the deal was happening like it or not as I had already seen the numbers. No application, no bill of sale, no congratulatory handshakes, just "screw you , you're buying a car from us". I of course went elsewhere and had a great sales experience. I again contacted Mike who then continuously ghosted me, wouldn't return calls, was always in meetings or robbing another customer. I contacted Adam (deputy thief) and got nothing but manager xx, "only Mike can handle this". Long and Short, I was told to basically F-off as I had bought elsewhere, and signature or not they are keeping $500 of my money for Mike's inconvenience and his hurted widdle feelings.
