We were actually deciding to return to a Mazda dealership to discuss prices because we have another family car that was just purchased from their not long ago. We stumbled into KIA Vancouver because it was along our route. That was the beginning of our KIA experience. Soon after Sales Rep, Jeff Sheng who introduced himself approached us. He quickly brought the Sportage to the front for us to test drive. We were interested and decided to talk numbers with Jeff. We were very impressed with Jeff’s salesmanship. He defined the phrase “asking for business”. We haggled with the price a bit and decided we are going to walk away. Jeff time after time brought up, “What can I do to earn your business now?” Jeff was willing to go the extra mile; he went above and beyond other sales person we’ve encountered before. As we left we lounged around outside the dealership to discuss more about the vehicle. Jeff came out and presented us a new offer. We were intrigued because it was really close to our ideal price. At the end of the day we came to shop and inquire but we ended up making a new friend and got a car too. Jeff was able to earn our business because of his hard work, persistency, and always asking for business. The choice became clear that the KIA Sorento was right for us and we wanted to deal with EJ. Informative, but not pushy, very friendly and honest, EJ patiently answered all of our questions as we test drove all engine sizes, before we confidently settled on the EX+ V6 Sorento. A beautiful vehicle that we are proud of, we never thought we'd own a KIA, but the features, warranty and value for money, it was logical choice. We have 5 other family members that own a KIA, they love theirs, we love ours. The additional optional extras were installed and the car was delivered quicker than expected.
