The dealership was easy to get to as it is directly on a transit route which was important to me. Will met me at the door, as I walked in, which made me feel less anxious and very welcomed. His smile and genuine friendliness put me at ease immediately. He took a great deal of time to listen to what I was looking for, to thoroughly answer any questions I had and to explain the "story" of the KIA. I found this very interesting as I like to know as many facts as possible about a car I am considering buying. I felt no pressure from him, but instead a respect for allowing me to make my choice based on the information her gave me. . I found WILL to be very knowledgable and genuine. I needed a car as my previous car had just been totalled in an accident and I was confident Will was going to find me the best car; all the while including me at each step. The other employees were very friendly and by the end of the two days I spent at Kia , I was being greeted by "Nancy".
