I bought a 2015 Kia Soul from Kia Richmond. The agreement was that they would carry out misc. body repairs, oil change, service etc. Also included was a rear camera. I paid the deposit and the body repairs t was that they would carry out misc. body repairs, oil change, service etc. Also included was a rear camera. I paid the deposit and the body repairs took two weeks to complete. My thinking was that the rear camera would also be installed. Not so, I went into Kia only to find that the camera was not installed. The salesman however insisted it would be done within a week. Two weeks later I contacted Kia only to find that there was no record of me or my conversation re the camera. Kia messed me around for a further two weeks and eventually I had to find a company for them to contact in order to get the camera installed. I was shocked none of their technicians had the knowledge or ability to do this work. According to the service advisor they could not do it. So I had to take my vehicle into the dealership and wait nearly 3.5 hours in order for them to take it to the other company. Today I received a call from their service department informing me that it was time to take my vehicle in for a service. oil change etc. Apparently none of the work that I was promised when I purchased the vehicle was fulfilled. I wouldn't do business with this company ever again. I will have it serviced elsewhere, sadly at my additional cost and not Kia's. I have found the integrity of some of Kia's employees are questionable and concluded that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Management is abysmal as is the service dept. People expect honesty and instead get shafted. More

I got my first Kia at Kia Richmond today. This is my eighth car since 1995. All I can say is, Liam is simply the best salesperson I’ve ever met - efficient, knowledgeable, nice, helpful, straight to the eighth car since 1995. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this dealership. Make sure you check your contract, as they will forge signatures on contracts that are sent into bank for finance. Wow what a great service from the manager and the employees. I forgot some of the names but those who helped me was very nice and motivated and didn't mind the extra take of help. They helped me and my mom understand so many things even though we know about buying cars but cause what they done for us and we done for them they told us things we never thought of when buying a car to make your purchases a little bit cheaper. Like for instance going in before closing time helps make a great deal :) Plus they were fine with my switching between 2 cars me and my family like but we decided to go with the sportage as it was comfortable and a good fit for my size.
