Readiness The car wasn't ready when we got to the dealership. Experience in general was good but we had an appointment to pick up the new car a week after purch The car wasn't ready when we got to the dealership. Experience in general was good but we had an appointment to pick up the new car a week after purchase and it wasn't ready. Not sure why all the detailing and paint protection wasn't done before we got there since there was a week between pick up. Still had factory stickers and foam door side protectors on it. Exterior of car was dirty therefore wasn't washed therefore the the paint sealant protection wasn't done. Had to come back to get it re-applied a week later. Not sure why it hadn't been detailed before we got there since we picked it up a week after we bought it? In general staff were very friendly and helpful with our questions and guidance with purchase. They readily fixed the issues to my satisfaction and I'm happy with the purchase and very happy with the vehicle. If the car had been ready on the day of pick up my ratings would be much higher across the board. More
