Excellent experience! Being a female and not extremely knowledgeable in cars, most sales people would take advantage of that. In fact, when I initially walked into Kia my Being a female and not extremely knowledgeable in cars, most sales people would take advantage of that. In fact, when I initially walked into Kia my initial thought was; "here goes nothing." However, that was certainly not the case at all. Elijah listened to what I wanted and delivered. He didn't try to play games and was honest with me and very helpful. I was excited shopping for a car because the experience was so great. As a general comment: It was very refreshing walking into the dealership and being called by my name and greeted with a simple smile and hello from the other staff members around. It made the experience less intimidating and pleasant. I Love my Forte and the experience! :) More
