Excellent experience! Being a female and not extremely knowledgeable in cars, most sales people would take advantage of that. In fact, when I initially walked into Kia my Being a female and not extremely knowledgeable in cars, most sales people would take advantage of that. In fact, when I initially walked into Kia my initial thought was; "here goes nothing." However, that was certainly not the case at all. Elijah listened to what I wanted and delivered. He didn't try to play games and was honest with me and very helpful. I was excited shopping for a car because the experience was so great. As a general comment: It was very refreshing walking into the dealership and being called by my name and greeted with a simple smile and hello from the other staff members around. It made the experience less intimidating and pleasant. I Love my Forte and the experience! :) More

Elijah knows what customer service is all about! After an accident my KIA van (2006 & 300K KM) was written off by the insurance company I went looking another reliable KIA Sedona. Elijah took me on a a test drive, was very knowledgeable and we talked about options for a new vehicle. Afterwards with other things happening in my life I decided to put a new car purchase on hold for the next couple of years. Told Elijah sorry and he was very gracious . A couple of days later when he saw me on the lot trying to get my old plates off the scrapped car he came out to give me a hand even though he knew I was not going to be buying a vehicle from him. I couldn't get the plates off with the tools I had brought so he ran to service and got an impact drill and helped me get the plates off. Now that is customer service. Will definitely go back and ask for Elijah when I am ready to buy again. More
