Excellent first new car buying experience My Wife an I walked into Kia on Hunt Club about 2 hours before closing on a Saturday night. We were just popping in to get a closer look at a few cars we had interest in, the Rondo/Sportage/Soul. We were greeted by Nour as we looked through the showroom. We did our introductions and we were off on our first new car buying experience. Nour was fantastic, he has an amazing personality and a wonderful ability to understand your needs and concerns, he treated us with respect and made us feel more like friends than just a client off the street. He took us around and discussed what we were looking for out of a new vehicle. After a few minutes we were sitting in vehicles trying to figure out what fit me well as I'm quite tall. Nour was explaining the standard equipment and available options the various models. We decided that the 2016 Soul seemed the best fit for us. We took a test drive and discussed further as we were on the road, we decided that the EX may be the right model for us and determined looked at the inventory when we got back. After going forward with the deal, I did further research online and upsold ourselves to the EX+ which a few other creature features like backup camera, leather accents, LED lighting and room rails to finish out the look. Every step of the way Nour was there to answer questions and concerns we had, he was so helpful even outside his scheduled hours getting back to me via email or text. We had wonderful dealings with Hassan the finance manager as well. Both Nour and Hassan made this a very hassle free experience. I would highly recommend going to check out Kia on Hunt Club and speaking with Nour if your in the market for a new vehicle. More

FUN EXPERIENCE ... not the normal car buying hassle !!! I have to tell you that I normally HATE, HATE, HATE the whole car buying experience but Eli Farah changed my mind and made this a very pleasant experi I have to tell you that I normally HATE, HATE, HATE the whole car buying experience but Eli Farah changed my mind and made this a very pleasant experience. From initial contact to the delivery of the car everything was great. He is friendly, approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. He is NOT at all your average car salesman and it shows from the moment he opens his mouth. He gives you all the facts, points out the good and the bad and lets YOU decide. His concern is that you get the right car for you and it worked out very well for us. He worked with me for over two weeks to ensure that we would not miss out for a second time on a great deal but instead we bought the car we needed and wanted. The price was fair to me and the dealership as well. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to check with this young man because he has proven his worth. I have bought many cars over the years and it was always such a hassle BUT NOT THIS TIME! The Finance manager, Hassan Elkhansa was also helpful and professional throughout. If the service department is anything like the reception in sales, I can see that we will be well treated. Eli you are truly professional, it shows and is honestly appreciated. Nothing but a pleasant experience Eli was the salesperson we had the pleasure of dealing with. In all honesty we were fairly confident that we would end up buying Honda but after meeting with Eli we were forced to reconsider. Worst customer service ever experienced! Bought a 2011 Kia Sorento. Noise in left wheel was never repaired, after 5 appointments for "it should be fine...wait 3 days for the noise to disappea Bought a 2011 Kia Sorento. Noise in left wheel was never repaired, after 5 appointments for "it should be fine...wait 3 days for the noise to disappear...or bring it back so we may check it again". 2 years later, still the same noise. I also purchased oil service for a total of $399, after calling "Service" and "Sales" to find out what should I do with the remaining balance, because I'm moving to AB, they said that it wasn't transferable and I will lose the rest of the oil changes if it's not done at Dilawri. NO solution, NO option, NO Choice and NO ownership by sales or service to find a solution, just blaming the financial manager for offering the service. I work in sales and service and I was expecting the same "service" offered to me when the car was sold. What about "we know that losing the oil service and what you paid is inconvenient, what about if we give you "something" for the same value that is left for the service you paid", but it didn't happened, it was just a lame "sorry, but you lose the money". Great way to keep a customer! Never again from Dilawri and Kia. More
