This might be kinda long but I need to tell my tale! After driving to Quebec on 2 occasions to look at used cars, my husband and I decided to pop by Kia 417 at 4:30pm on a Saturday after the second trip After driving to Quebec on 2 occasions to look at used cars, my husband and I decided to pop by Kia 417 at 4:30pm on a Saturday after the second trip after seeing a car on Autotrader. We called from our car and asked if that specific car was still on the lot, which it was so we told the salesperson we’d be there in 20 minutes. His name was Zach Carosielli who greeted us when we walked in. We went for a test drive and decided to buy the car so we got all of the details and started the process to go back on Friday. There was a second set of tires that the original owner left at their residence and Zach was going to get them before we picked it up. Zach drove to their place in manotick that Thursday we had the major snowfall to pick them up!!! Unfortunately, the day after we got the car we had a problem with the battery. When we called Zach, he simply said to bring the car back and they’ll replace it immediately! My husband boosted the car and I drove it to the dealership where they were waiting for us. This vehicle had a push button start and I realized that I forgot the actual key at our house in Kanata!!! Since the car had been turned off and we obviously needed the key, Zach then had to drive me all the way back to pick it up and then back to the dealership to install the battery!!! So needless to say, I’m totally impressed with Zach and the dealership! More

Like other times I’ve never had a bad experience with this dealer ship. The only thing that I wasn’t happy with is the wait for an oil change. I waited 3 hours which I have never had to before.
