I have no idea of the name of the gentleman who greeted me, served me and called me when the work was finished. (I found his name on the invoice.) Glad to have the recall work completed on my new Carnival. It was done in about 2 hours and although the waiting room was at capacity when I arrived, I was able to sit elsewhere in the dealership wh Carnival.
