I've had a horrible experience involving the same front staff member twice now and am going to switch back to Orleans KIA until the 5 year warranty runs out in September of this year. The guy didn't indicate the proper service for my vehicle last time, which ended up costing me extra money. On the most recent visit, he wrote down that my car takes synthetic oil when I knew that it didn't. I told him that and after a bit of back and forth he decided to check and told me that I was right and that my vehicle didn't take synthetic. Then he told me that the recall on my car would require it to be left overnight so I told him I would book that through Orleans KIA since it's closer to my house. When I called Orleans, they told me that the recall used to require an overnight but that wasn't the case anymore. The guy at KIA 417 also told me while I was paying that my breaks needed to be redone (it wasn't mentioned to me beforehand). When I asked which breaks he gave me three different answers so I asked if there was a printout that I could have so that I could take it to the Orleans location when I brought my vehicle there for the recall. The guy also didn't hand me back my keys so I ended up having to go back inside to get them. Another guy was at the front desk and he rolled his eyes when I told him that the guy forgot to give me my keys. My car doesn't run as well when I take it to KIA 417 but the Orleans location kept adding additional expenses to my service appointments to the point where it was costing me almost double the amount of the regular appointment so I switched back to 417 for financial reasons. Luckily the 5 year warranty runs out on my vehicle later this year at which point I'll be able to bring it to a non dealership location. I'm very unsatisfied with the experience that I have had at both locations but 417 has been much worse than Orleans. More
Excellent and friendly service! ! The Staff went out of their way to provide a quiet and comfortable spot for us to sit, since my daughter has problems with certain loud noises. !
