I wish I had Salim for my last 3 Ford purchases! Salid was awesome to work with. Right off from setting up an appointment to bring in my truck and trailer for trade, Salim asked me what kind of coffe Salid was awesome to work with. Right off from setting up an appointment to bring in my truck and trailer for trade, Salim asked me what kind of coffee I like and brought me a Tim's coffee, hot in hand when he met me at the dealership. So many different cases where he would follow up with myself and make sure that I was being taken care of. He was also very patient as I had time constraints and wasn't sure at different points if I was able to even make it into the dealership (newborn). From beginning to end Salim is the sales person that I wish I had with my last Ford purchases which were completed at two different Ford dealerships in the Edmonton area. Great job Salim! More

He gave me many options to choose from that worked with my budget and allowed me to test drive the car over the weekend before I decided fully on the purchase. The team was able to give me a great deal that fit my budget. Anne in finance was very helpful when working out the details. She was flexible in waiting for me to get the pay out from insurance and went out of her way to make sure that every single detail was exactly what I wanted and gave me the best possible option when it came to financing.
