Kennedy Ford = Scammers. Never returned my deposit. I booked brand new Mustang with a salesman named Mark Giblin. Dealership failed to deliver my factory ordered Mustang. When I requested for a refund, I booked brand new Mustang with a salesman named Mark Giblin. Dealership failed to deliver my factory ordered Mustang. When I requested for a refund, I was told I canceled the car so I am not entitled to the refund. I lost my 500$. Later I booked Mustang from another Ford dealership and boy what a difference in service. At Kennedy Ford the Manager is an idiot. Mark Giblin, the salesman has no information about the product he sales and he is dick. I just can't believe why this dealership is still in business. More

I was expecting the same thing this time around but Kennedy Ford and their salesman Steve Hartnup completely changed my experience for the better. I was looking for a leftover 2018 F150 with 'in stock hard to find options' that other dealers said didn't exist. Kennedy Ford however, found exactly what I was looking for. The trade in value was very fair and saved me the trouble of haggling and going back and forth countless times which was my experience in the past. This is the first online review I have ever done in my life, and I did so because Kennedy Ford truly deserves credit for how they treat their customers. More

He was always very patient, pleasant and had an excellent understanding of the car, and he would never pressure me about anything. He was happy to answer all of my questions by both phone and email, and would always get back to me very quickly. I would strongly recommend him to my friends and family is they were ever interested in buying a new car. Also, Massimo Palmese was fantastic as well. He went over all the warranty information with me, and took the time to go into all the important details. Overall my experience with Kennedy Ford was fantastic. I highly recommend the dealership to anyone. More
Stay as far away as possible!! My son purchased a 2012 Ford Focus from Kennedy that has been nothing but a nightmare. He has had # transmissions replaced in this car and Kennedy di My son purchased a 2012 Ford Focus from Kennedy that has been nothing but a nightmare. He has had # transmissions replaced in this car and Kennedy did nothing to rectify. In March, the vehicle would lose power and then accelerate on its own making this vehicle dangerous to drive. I took the car in and they said it was a problem with the transmission module that wasn't covered under warranty. They stated it was a known issue with this vehicle. I spent $1900 to only have the same issue happen 1-1/2 weeks later. The technician ran the scan and although it was the same code coming up, they said it was the arm and it would cost me another $2400. I ended up taking it to a transmission place, who told me this should have been a warranty issue. Kenndedy refused to do anything about this but rather offered to take into consideration the cost of the repairs on a new trade in. If Kennedy was the last dealership standing, I would rather walk then buy or service any vehicle at Kennedy. If I could rate then lower than a 1 I would. Do yourselves a favor and stay far and clear from this dealership. More

Yesterday we completely surprised my wife with a beautifullly prepared birthday present of a new Mustang complete with a giant red bow. Special thanks to Steve Hartnup sales professional, Lindon King business manager, and Bob Kanary sales manager. It takes a motivated team to make this experience flow smoothly, so thanks also to the team who prepped this vehicle. More
