RAV4 purchase from Kamand Hosseini at Ken Shaw Toyota Kamand did a great job for me. She was extremely polite, patient, and thorough. I had been driving a Yaris (also purchased from Ken Shaw) for the past Kamand did a great job for me. She was extremely polite, patient, and thorough. I had been driving a Yaris (also purchased from Ken Shaw) for the past 12 years so the RAV4 was a big step up for me in terms of car size and price. I also needed to be brought up to speed on the new automotive technologies, particularly the safety features. Kamand walked me through it step by step. My positive experience with Kamand reinforced my previous and current positive experiences with Helder Pacheco and Joe Galluzzo. I have found the new vehicle acquisition process at Ken Shaw to be fully transparent, straightforward and pleasant. The new car seminar they provide is also useful. I am thoroughly satisfied with Kamand and the Ken Shaw team. I recommend them highly. More

The price was reasonable and my sales representative was fun to deal with. After I took the van home for a day I noticed the battery was bad. I installed a new battery in my Sienna and informed the dealer they sold me a van with a bad battery. Within a few days I received a cheque in the mail for the full price of the battery I bought. The battery I bought was also the top of the line. Very happy with this dealership and Customer service. Shahar is the gal you want to see! Thanks you Shahar! More

We had a great experience purchasing a Rav4 recently. Will Erichsen (Sales) was attentive to our needs and was not pushy when selling us the vehicle. He was extremely helpful, providing us with information we required e.g., cost and features of different models. He did his best to get us the highest trade-in value the dealership was willing to offer. Of course, it goes without saying that car dealerships try to maximise their profits - we would've liked to see a higher trade in value but what we got was our minimum acceptable trade in value and we were ultimately happy to make the purchase. Will Erichsen returned all our calls promptly and respected our time during consultation. He was patient to answer our many questions and worked hard to expedite delivery of the vehicle. More

Amazing service, you leave smiling and appreciated! I had purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla a year ago at Ken Shaw and I was so excited and happy with my car. I was already impressed with the great I had purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla a year ago at Ken Shaw and I was so excited and happy with my car. I was already impressed with the great service and follow-up from Tony Lawrence (sales) and the service department with my check-up appointment. Early July 2018, I was rear-ended by another car and I was devastated with the damage to my car. I did not doubt in taking the car to Ken Shaw's Collision Center and I do not regret it. Paul Downer immediately assessed my car and walked me through the process to deal with my insurance. I had the car rental waiting for me outside, and I was reassured that my car would be repaired to Toyota standards with lifetime warranty. Today, I came to pick up my car and I was not disappointed. I met Vince who worked on the paint, and he took the time to answer my questions and go over the work done on my car. Ian polished my car making sure it was washed and vacuumed properly, and my car was waiting for me inside the shop all shiny and clean. Lawrence also came by to answer my questions and go over the work completed. Paul was my main contact throughout my ordeal, and he was always helpful providing me with updates on my car status. He immediately came by to greet me and present me with the final product. Tony, my sales contact when I had purchased my car, also called me a few weeks back to check-in. It's those details that make Ken Shaw such a high caliber dealership that truly care about the customer. I should also mention the convenience Ken Shaw provides customers. I had Ken, Ken Shaw's Toyota shuttle driver, waiting for me at Runnymede station to take me to the dealership to pick-up my car. They make it so easy for customers and it's one less stressful issue to deal with. I'm VERY appreciative and I want to thank everyone at Ken Shaw! More

Love my Toyota Matrix I recently took my 2011 Toyota Matrix to Ken Shaw Lexus Toyota Service Department for what I thought might be a major problem. I first was greeted by Teresa Milewska who entered all the information required by the service department. She is very friendly and informative person and a credit to the company, as is Jason MacWilliam the mechanic that found the problem and fixed it. To my delight it was not a huge problem and was fixed promptly. Service is top of the line at Ken Shaw Lexus Toyota. I bought my first Toyota the year they arrived in Canada and the Matrix is my 5th. Several from Chris Jones the best sales representative in the business. It is a pleasure to do business at any level at Ken Shaw Lexus Toyota. More
