I installed a new battery in my Sienna and informed the dealer they sold me a van with a bad battery. Within a few days I received a cheque in the mail for the full price of the battery I bought. He was extremely helpful, providing us with information we required e.g., cost and features of different models. He did his best to get us the highest trade-in value the dealership was willing to offer. Of course, it goes without saying that car dealerships try to maximise their profits - we would've liked to see a higher trade in value but what we got was our minimum acceptable trade in value and we were ultimately happy to make the purchase. Will Erichsen returned all our calls promptly and respected our time during consultation. He was patient to answer our many questions and worked hard to expedite delivery of the vehicle. More
