Over priced and liars Will Erichsen was the sales guy. Told him I needed 2019 Prius base model in March. Tells me sorry but 2019 will be delivered in April but he has Will Erichsen was the sales guy. I tell him I guess I could wait until April for the 2019. Will then tells me sorry only the more expensive AWD is going to be shipped in April. I tell him the AWD is worthless cuz all you need are good snow tires and you going to rip up your bumper going through deep snow since it has such a low ground clearance. Will finally gave me a price for 2019 Prius base model and I put $1000 deposit on my cc. This was all over the phone and 4 days later I got no bill of sale or delivery date so I go to another dealership and guess what I got a cheaper price and I got a 2019 Prius base delivered in early March. Since I didn't sign anything I wanted my deposit back and Will said okay but it has been over two weeks. Only reason I am writing this is cuz I am on the phone with Visa to dispute the charge. More

Ron Vernon - Excellent Customer Service Ron went above and beyond from the greeting to after delivery of my Tacoma. All promises were delivered. He stayed after hours to complete the deal.
