Called for update on my vehicle and was told someone picked it up yesterday. When I asked who the drive through rep named Kevin said the owner did. I am the owner. Don’t waste any money buying there as they can’t help you afterward with anything. Horrible experience in the service drive thru. All the staff including the manager are new with next to no knowledge of maintenance, mechanical functions or even their own in house systems. Took 25 mins to get inside for our appointment the manager was too busy to talk with us and it took 7 hours to get our oil changed during our appointment we booked 3 weeks in advance.
