What’s the point of appointments if you book more than you can handle. 6 hours for a tire and oil change. Was told 3 hours at the beginning but took 6 hours. Nobody returns dealership!! I never leave bad reviews, but this experience has been so frustrating that I hope to save someone else the headache. Nobody returns phone calls - EVEN the sales manager. All you get are excuses and shallow apologies. Purchased a used vehicle with a scrape that the dealership told us would be about $600 to fix. The ACTUAL number from a body shop is $1500 (after 3 WEEKS of leaving messages to get the body shop number from the salesman for a “preferred rate”). We would not have purchased the car if we knew the real number. PLUS it took a week to get our deposit back after calling multiple times. Once we’d put money down it’s been EXTREMELY difficult to get anyone to call us back. Horrible customer service. I felt like we'd been duped into buying a car that had a hidden expense that we were misled to believe would be much lower. So much about the whole interaction was fishy, I regret dealing with this company at all. Wish I could give them the car and get my money back. Feels like they said anything just to make the sale and then once they had our money they did not care about anything after that. I will never deal with Kelowna Hyundai again. And I will discourage anyone I know from going there. More

Called for update on my vehicle and was told someone picked it up yesterday. When I asked who the drive through rep named Kevin said the owner did. I am the owner. After hanging up and calling back and being placed on hold I finally got answered by a different department and the lady was able to help me. Don’t waste any money buying there as they can’t help you afterward with anything. Either your engine is seized your car is gone or you don’t get a simple call back. most disorganized and uncaring place. Save your time and money. Stay away they are not the same as they used to be More

Horrible experience in the service drive thru. All the staff including the manager are new with next to no knowledge of maintenance, mechanical functions or even their own in house systems. Took 2 All the staff including the manager are new with next to no knowledge of maintenance, mechanical functions or even their own in house systems. Took 25 mins to get inside for our appointment the manager was too busy to talk with us and it took 7 hours to get our oil changed during our appointment we booked 3 weeks in advance. Steer clear of this shop at all costs. More
