We bought a new-used i4 e35 (4000 km). Clean and ready for us when we arrived. Great team and no pressure sales. After we bought it we had an issue with a software update. We brought the car in and they had it cleared and reprogrammed in no time. Plus they have Dad's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies and coffee, with massage chairs! ;-) We looked at Mercedes and the staff was a bit too stuffy. BMW team was dynamic and welcoming. I love my 435i It's incredibly powerful and shifts as' 'smooth as silk'. I love how the seat wraps around me.
