Horrible customer service and long waits for service! Horrible!!! I would never recommend this dealership!! Customer service is so poor! I bought a Jeep renegade BRAND NEW and have had sooooo many issue Horrible!!! I would never recommend this dealership!! Customer service is so poor! I bought a Jeep renegade BRAND NEW and have had sooooo many issues and quite frankly the dealership doesn’t care at all! The dealership said they would try to get my into something more reliable after having it in for at least 4 times for 3 separate issues within the first year.They actually just want me to spend more money on a new vehicle. No interest in helping me at all! I’ve been told they would get back to me on several occasions then don’t hear back. I’m stuck driving a piece of crap now with an infant at home. On top of that anytime I do bring it to the dealership even for just an oil change it takes at least an hour despite having an appt. I don’t even bother going to the dealership for oil changes anymore. Will never deal with them again and don’t recommend anyone else does! More
