Poor service department Brought my vehicle in after having possession of it for only 4 days. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 pm, arrived at the dealership at 1:45 pm Brought my vehicle in after having possession of it for only 4 days. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 pm, arrived at the dealership at 1:45 pm and went straight to the service counter to check in. It took them an hour before they took my vehicle into the service bays, only to have it in there for 15 minutes and "be finished". Upon talking the the service counter, I found that 2 of my 4 issues were not properly addressed. One of which being that there was writing on my back window (which I was never informed about when purchasing the vehicle) I was told to deal with it, there is nothing they could do about it eventho it stated on the invoice that they had cleaned the window. I can tell you for a fact that they did nothing since the back window was at dirty when it left the dealership as it was when it arrived. The second issue was a complaint about cold air blowing from the underside of my steering column when driving. To diagnose this issue, they drove my vehicle into a heated garage, parked it and hooked up a computer which came back with the results of No Faults. How is this proper diagnosis when the complaint is while driving not while parked? As a result, I argued with them about the diagnosis causing me to spend another hour at the dealership with my young children, only for them to "test drive it and find no issues" eventho they probably didn't give it the time of day since I was told that they have never heard of this issue before, bring it in when it is doing it (I live an hour from the dealership and will get no compensation for my time or fuel and I have this issue everyday I drive it) or call them and they will try a similar vehicle...which doesn't really solve the issue with my car. Ultimately, I am a new Dodge owner, who is extremely unsatisfied with the customer service I have received and am now reluctant to bring my vehicle in for service since it seems that they do not want to give the time of day to properly diagnose or repair issues More

From the moment we met salesman Tim Kenzora I felt at ease because I had already met him years ago in another business and my wife and I really preferred his style of salesmanship compared to other car salesmen we had worked with previously. We don't like high pressure and up-selling and Tim was not like that. So on our very first visit to this dealership we purchased a new Pacifica. It is a great vehicle and we are very glad we purchased from Kawartha. More
