While I live in Toronto, I bought in Peterborough b I purchased an awesome new 2019 2500 Limited Ram a few months ago. Can't lie, I love this truck. While I live in Toronto, I bought in Peterborough because I wanted to deal with people that specialize in trucks, yet are willing to make it worth my while to drive 45 minutes out of town. I found just that at Kawartha Chrysler! Salesperson Stalon Lambert was knowledgeable about this specialized product, answering all of my questions confidently. He also took the time to introduce me to the dealership owner, Fery Zand, who took the time to get to know me. When it came time to negotiate the minute details of the purchase agreement, Manager Lawrence Kageyama became involved to ensure I was completely satisfied. In fact, I was so happy with the truck, and Kawartha Chrysler, that I recommended the dealership to my friend (who lives in London Ontario!) and he bought a new 2500 Ram Laramie from Stalon, Lawrence, and Fery too. Purchase was fine. However Tung was excellent to work with. But when it came to an issue with the trailer hitch they installed, dealing with the managers and owner was terrible. But when it came to an issue with the trailer hitch they installed, dealing with the managers and owner was terrible. if you add on make sure you use the "correct" words and ensure you specify exactly what you want. We were told we didn't use the right words when requesting a trailer hitch be added. Therefore the hitch they used was not a dealer part and doesn't fit properly. And also when on the phone with them ensure you have someone listening so they can't insinuate you are lying. More

Baffling to me - Tried several attempts to give them the benefit of the doubt. Even with mere hours between tries still acting like he doesn't remember me at first. Then the 'Oh, yeah' Even emailing him & calling him he never did get back to me any of the times. Good news is that saved me the hassle of dealing with them. Also found another dealer who was absolutely terrific and they've sold 2 new vehicles they wouldn't have before and earned my future business. There are fantastic FCA Dealers and Salesman out there, do some research, you won't regret it. More
