Great facilit I have been struggling to find a quality dealer to service my 2014 FIAT 500L and the search continues .... 1) Kawartha - home dealer. Great facility, drive up service, long hours, good Wi-Fi and small desks to work at, coffee, entertainment. Seems so promising .... The service department front-line staff are indifferent at best and hostile at worst. To paraphrase Bob Dylan "they don't need you and man they expect the same". Leave the Service Book on the seat or present it to the patronizing intake clerk - you have done it incorrectly, probably won't get stamped and why are you wasting our time? An Oil Change booked a week in advance takes 2 hours .... and forget about getting the complimentary car wash unless you really want to spend the whole day waiting at the dealer. More
