From the service manager Fahim and rest of his staff like Norm they are great to deal with. Always friendly and go above and beyond to always look after me and my Mazda 3. Being in the customer service industry myself I know how thankless their jobs are when dealing with the public . One of the hardest jobs to do and they don't get enough credit. They are really amazing . My husband and I will buy are next car here for sure thanks to these guys. Great job. Elaine More

He provided in-depth knowledge of the Mazda 3 series and answered all my questions very thoroughly. Jesse possesses a non-pressure, receptive, easy going and super helpful sales style. Jesse Deslauriers excellent customer service!!!! I e-mailed Gianni asking for the pricing of a brand new Mazda 5, and he gave a quotation that certainly met my target budget. So, we decided to go to I e-mailed Gianni asking for the pricing of a brand new Mazda 5, and he gave a quotation that certainly met my target budget. So, we decided to go to the Dealer, note we had really bad experiences with other Mazda dealers, and Jesse looked after us and in less than an hour we decided to go ahead with the purchased. Jesse was cordial and customer oriented, he was so kind to our son and Jesse did everything he could to make him comfortable and safe, while we were negotiating the purchae. Thus, I will totally recommend this dealer!!!!. Thank you guys and keep up the good Job. More

We ended up buying two new vehicles and spent quite a bit of time at the dealership to get the paperwork in order. They let us bring our dog in, everyone was extremely friendly, and Jesse and Mary in particular were clearly very knowledgable and personable. They were happy to help us find the right vehicles for our lifestyle and gave us great prices. When we went in to pick up our second vehicle they even sent us home with dog cookies. Wonderful experience with this dealership and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks guys!! More

Terrible customer service It started very well with me asking for a quote via email. Got a quote from Gianni pretty quickly and was impressed. Next day while searching for a cheaper options for CX-5 I found a website (I won't name it just mark it with xxxxxx) and asked him a question about the best price. Here is Giannis' reply: "Read the fine print on xxxxxx..it gives you a guideline on what is an appropriate markup to pay a dealer..we all don't work for nothing.. I say estimated because the best deals are negotiated in person not via email.. I will let you decide how you'd like to proceed, but if you are using xxxxxx then you already know what programs are available and what is reasonable profit to pay a dealer..." A "bit" rude I would say. More

We found Alex to be extremely helpful throughout this process and we definitely appreciated being able to take an MX-5 for not one but two test drives. On both occasions Alex told us to take it for as long as we would like and to make sure we got a good feel for the car. We found Alex to be honest and forthright and he certainly made the whole experience far more pleasant than has been our experience buying previous vehicles. We won't hesitate to deal with Alex should we ever need to replace our Miata. More
MY THANKS TO ALEXANDER HERNEN I had the pleasure to meet Alexander at Mazda Dealership in Kanata. He answered every questions i had with precision. He was very patient with me. I I had the pleasure to meet Alexander at Mazda Dealership in Kanata. He answered every questions i had with precision. He was very patient with me. I do not know much about cars but the person that was with me had a lot of knowledge about cars, thus he was asking very specific and complicated questions. Alex was able to answer all of pour questions. I had tried out 5 different cars, from other dealerships, before trying Mazda and I was honest about it with him. He did not said anything negative about those other companies but instead emphazised the positive selling points of the Mazda 3, the car I was looking at. That attitude tells me a lot; he is honest and loyal towards Mazda but also towards the customer. I went fort a test drive twice and the second time, he was expecting me and the car was ready for me when I arrived. He was always polite and most important, he did not pushed or rushed me. Mazda 3 is the 6th'car I own and I would recommend Alexander Hernen without any hesitation. Thank you for tour professionnalism. More
First time car buyers My wife and I walked into Kanata Mazda, and looked like a big fat commission check. We had never bought a car before, and probably should have done mo My wife and I walked into Kanata Mazda, and looked like a big fat commission check. We had never bought a car before, and probably should have done more research prior to going to the autopark. I'll take the blame for that one. Thankfully, we had your prototypical T.V. cars salesman in Alex Hernen. He was super eager to show my wife and I pictures of his 6 month old child, and try to relate to us, fairly easy going, and overall oozing honey. "Call me anytime you have a problem he says." Three days after taking possession of our Cx-5, the key fob takes significant jamming to unlock. I gave him a call, just to figure out what steps I should take to get it replaced. His first comment was, "Well I hope you bought the extended warranty." And then he passed me on to the service department. Are you kidding me? I was a giant rube, I bought a used car at sticker value, added heated seats despite the fact that they came back $200 more then what he had told us they would cost, and bought the extended warranty for another few grand. In total, I probably paid almost $10,000 more then what the car was actually worth. But Alex had already guaranteed his commission. I get it, I should have done some research before buying a new car and I thank Alex for this lesson. However, I imagine my next car will be through a different dealer. More
