I thought all the staff were friendly, not too pushy. I took all day to decide on the vehicle, without pressure to buy it. I was able to take it out longer than expected, for the test drive. The manager gave me some nice extras with my new used car. It's too bad I have to wait to get in to see the mechanic for my extra installations. I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Kamloops Hyundai for the care we received from Kacia and her team. We have a 2013 Santa Fe Sport that on two occasions lost all power when accelerating to pas Hyundai for the care we received from Kacia and her team. We have a 2013 Santa Fe Sport that on two occasions lost all power when accelerating to pass another vehicle. The results of this loss of power could have been fatal. We took our car to Langley Hyundai after both breakdowns and were told there was nothing wrong with the car. We had a third breakdown near Kamloops and had the car towed to Kamloops Hyundai. After reviewing our car’s history Kacia told us there was a recall for our model that should have been taken care of the first time we took our car to Langley Hyundai. Kacia told us we would be getting a new motor free of charge. She also arranged for a rental car at Hyundai’s expense as we were traveling north to visit our grandchildren. She then offered to pay the $300.00 towing bill we received. Kacia told us to go and enjoy our holiday with our grandkids and she would take care of everything for us. And she did! Thank you so much Kacia, for everything you did for us. It is good to know there are still people and the companies they work for that are honest and truly care about their customers. Absolutely horrible customer service and communication on their end. Had a pre-owned vehicle lined up to buy and was awaiting confirmation the next day they were open. I sent a message as a reminder as this was over a weekend. Well all day went by and I never once heard back from them, and the car was sold later that day. I was still not contacted until I Reached out a second time after they were already closed. Family and friendship should not be used to describe this dealership. They are all about the quick sale and don’t care to communicate with their customers the second they know someone else is interested. More
