Have never had a problem. Very friendly service staff. This particular last appointment for my winter tire change over, oil change and service left me slightly disappointed (and when I say slightly there i This particular last appointment for my winter tire change over, oil change and service left me slightly disappointed (and when I say slightly there is just no lesser word). The shuttle driver would not wait 5 minutes for me to sign my paperwork therefore making me half an hour late for work. The salesperson who finally drove me had to go to 5 vehicles before finding one with fuel. I had asked that the inside front windshield be cleaned because I have a hard time reaching it - it was done but not very well - the bottom was all streaky. Because we talked about the back window as well I assumed it would be cleaned by it wasn't - nor where the other 4 windows - I guess that was a bad assumption on my part. The last thing was that I had put my winter mats in my vehicle with the winter tires but they were not replaced - again another assumption that I should have specifically asked to be switched. All minor - but I will know for next time. More

When making my appointment, speaking with Megan, I also expressed a couple of other issues I I took my vehicle in for the major service @ 95,00km's. When making my appointment, speaking with Megan, I also expressed a couple of other issues I wanted looked at. My requests were granted with no issue at all! On the day of my appointment, I dropped my vehicle off with Kyle, and in less than 2 hours I was contacted and was suggested about fixing my other inquiry (this was changing rotors). I cannot say enough how fast, and friendly both Kyle and Megan were. Alex is just as friendly however it was his day off I assume. Thanks Hyundai team for the prompt, friendly service. More
