Buying a used vehicle. I came to the Hyundai Dealership to have my 2011 Elantra serviced and asked to look at other used vehicles in the lot. This was just to get an idea o I came to the Hyundai Dealership to have my 2011 Elantra serviced and asked to look at other used vehicles in the lot. This was just to get an idea of price etc... I did mention wanting to look at a used Tucson because I had looked at one years ago and really liked it but felt the Elantra would better suit my family and budget. The salesperson I dealt with showed me the features of a pre-owned 2015 Tucson. Being able to lift the driver's seat made all the difference. I am not tall and being able to adjust the height enabled me to position myself behind the wheel for maximum visibility out the front window and side view mirrors. I could also see the dash fully. My other vehicle did not have this feature. I drive into Kamloops 2-3 times per week. I find I have better visibility, day and night driving, with the Tucson. The car has lots of other features which I am beginning to enjoy but the positioning of the drivers seat was key. I did a test drive with Binder. I had a budget and they worked with me so I could buy this vehicle for which I am grateful. It is always a pleasure to come into a place of business where the staff seem to be genuinely happy working there. I feel that is usually a result of the attitude of the people in charge towards their employees. The salesperson, Binder, also linked my cell phone with the blue tooth in the vehicle and went over the features of the radio etc.... Buying a new car (new to me) is a long process and exhausting but I have to say that I am thrilled with my vehicle and the service that I received. I would recommend this dealership. More

Service Just car washing is slow after service about 45 minutes. Tell customer the estimate time not say a few minutes and ask if they would like to miss it.
