I cannot say enough about the service and efficiency of Cole Landrie 🙌🏻. He is the best. I have driven Kias for the last 15 years and I’m honestly going to go get my next vehicle from Kamloops Ford Linco Cole Landrie 🙌🏻. He is the best. Even after the sale he has given double the effort to make sure we have everything that was promised and more. Our joke in the office now is if something seems impossible we will just call Cole, he will find a way! Service advisor Wes was very good and Friendly. .....BUT Ford... I bought a 2023 F150. On Sticker,It said Remote Start...Ford App on Iphone would have remote start. I don't have Cell service where I .....BUT Ford... I bought a 2023 F150. On Sticker,It said Remote Start...Ford App on Iphone would have remote start. I don't have Cell service where I live....So no remote start. I wanted to put it on a key fob....It was done but cost me $858.04. If the sticker said this truck has remote start....This shouldn't have cost me anything. The ford company gauged me out of a lot of money More

My wife's Ford Fusion was in for service and repair. The work solved the problem but the highlight was the no-hassle pick-up and delivery service. Ethan (driver) was professional and efficient. They are very accommodating to their customers needs. No concerns with the service department, great experience. However Ford itself, I needed to get my lug nuts replaced after only two years and the cos No concerns with the service department, great experience. However Ford itself, I needed to get my lug nuts replaced after only two years and the cost from Ford on these is absolutely ridiculous, over $100 per tire. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with these, they should last more than 2 seasons before having to be replaced! You purchase your vehicle from Ford, maintain regular maintenance at one of their service departments then the company gauges you with something that can definitely be sold at a lower cost. Not the best way to treat dedicated customers. More
